We’re now a couple weeks into fall semester. As things are ramping up and midterms are happening, I personally like to repeat some affirmations to myself to remember everything will work out. You can practice these either by saying them out loud, in your head, or even in the mirror to yourself. It may seem weird at first, but the more into it you are the more you’ll believe in yourself!

  1. “My brain is capable of amazing things. It will get me where I need to go.”
  1. “I will remember everything I need to know (for an exam, presentation ect.)”
  1. “I am able to make time for what matters. If there is no time, then it must not be worth my time”
  1. “I am capable of achieving amazing things”
  1. “My grades do not determine my self worth”
