Hey collegiettes! Can you believe it’s almost spring break?! This semester is flying by, so be sure to make the most of every minute!

Worried about getting a job when you graduate? Then don’t miss Steven Greenberg, host of “Your Next Job” on CBS Radio this Tuesday night! At 7:30 p.m. in Plaza Room Middle join Steve and get tips that might just get you that dream job you’ve been waiting for.

St. Baldricks is Wednesday! Join the Hofstra community in this amazing fundraiser that raises money for childhood cancer research. It will be taking place all day in the Student Center so make sure you stop by and support our fellow students and faculty who are shaving their heads in the name of cancer research. This year Hofstra hopes to raise $25,000. Can’t make it? Donate here!

Spring is on its way, which means we all want to look our best, right collegiettes? Stop by the Wellness Fair this Wednesday from 11:00 a.m.-2:00 p.m. in the Student Center to try healthy samples from vendors at the event and talk to Hofstra’s dietitian to learn more about how to maintain a diet that makes you feel good!

Keegan Bedinger is the new Week Ahead Section Editor. She is a sophomore studying journalism and psychology. Keegan is also a staff member at WRHU and a member of She’s the First on campus. Rachel is a senior at Hofstra University where she majors in journalism with minors in fine arts photography and creative writing. The Rochester, NY native is involved in several organizations on campus including the Hofstra chapters of Ed2010 and She's the First. She is also an RA in a freshman residence hall. Rachel has interned at College Lifestyles, Cosmopolitan, The Knot Magazine, and is now interning at Us Weekly. She hopes to someday fulfill her dreams of being an editor at a magazine.
