Happy October collegiates! It’s one of the most beautiful months on campus and with so much going on, how can you not be in love with October?
It’s time for the Career Fair! This is your chance to make an impression, network and land your dream job. Before you go on Wednesday, sharpen your skills at the Career Center’s “How to Work a Job Fair” session. This event will give you that extra edge before walking into the fair on Wednesday so make sure to check it out. It will be today (Monday) from 4:00-5:00pm at the Career Center.
Then don’t miss the Fall Career Fair this Wednesday from 11:00am-2:00pm in the Mack Sports and Exhibition Center. Knock em’ dead!

This is bound to be the best week ever…there is a free guacamole tasting on Wednesday. From 11:45am-12:45pm in Plaza Room East, you can learn how to make your own guacamole from the guac professionals at Cozymel’s Costal Mex. Does it get any better than this?

What is STF?
She’s the First is a non-profit organization that raises money for girls’ education in developing nations with a goal to create first generation graduates and leaders.
Why should you get involved?
She’s the First is a great way to empower yourself while empowering girls in developing countries. Be the first in your family to sponsor a girl’s education!
When are the meetings?
The next one is Monday, October 21st at 8:00 p.m. in the Student Center 219.
