Welcome back to Self-Care Sunday!
Hey Guys, I’m Hannah (the other half of the self-care/Snapchat duo) and today I really wanted to show you guys a really simple routine that your body will truly love you for!
If you are anything like me, you really want to do the whole work out, eat right, and take care of my body thing. If you are also like me, then you know that just isn’t practical. I’m not the type that goes to the gym and I am definitely not the type to pick salad over pizza either. But, the one thing that I do like to do is put on a face mask and just enjoy a silent minute every once in a while. For this Self-Care Sunday, I’m going to show you guys a simple care routine that I try to do every week but most of the time its whenever I get five seconds.
Here’s all you need:
- Lotion
- Cleanser
- Face Mask
So I normally start out by cleansing my face with this Garnier SkinActive Blackhead Remover. It’s really awesome (kinda smells like a guy a little but I’m not complaining)! It is super easy on the skin and I normally use it when I shower. I know this is supposed to be really bad for your skin because normally the shower water is too hot for your face but I turn the temp down just to wash off the cleanser.
Then I will put some lotion on. I got this lotion from a FabFitFun box over the summer. It smells AMAZING. It is also super amazing on my skin. It’s soft and really moisturizes the dry skin that I have.
From here I just put my hair up and put on the face mask. This will be my first time using a paper one but I am really excited and am hoping it is an easier clean up than the peel-off masks. This is also my first time using Yes to so if you guys want to know how it goes, follow us on our Her Campus Snapchat (@hchofstra) because I will be taking over the snap to show you guys exactly how I do this routine!
I hope you guys enjoyed this Self-Care Sunday, Madie will be taking over next Sunday and has an awesome post for you guys. Also, don’t forget to check out our Snapchat (@hchofstra) to see how this face mask goes!
See you guys soon!
