This week I will be doing another Beauty Vlogger Spotlight, but I’m going to be talking about a vlogger who I just recently came across. Her name is Raven of RavenElyseTV.

Raven is a very multifaceted vlogger. She posts about fashion, makeup, hair, and DIY projects. I love when I can rely on one person for a variety of posts and it ensures that her posts never get repetitive because she has such a wide range of topics to pick from. Her personality is more reserved than other vloggers, which is refreshing. Often times quieter vloggers get less attention, but Raven’s raw talent has allowed her to thrive.

Although she suffers from pretty severe acne and scarring, Raven is not afraid to show her bare skin on camera. Once she applies makeup, though, her skin looks perfectly clear. She is able to conceal pimples without piling on a lot of product and she uses a good mix of drugstore brands and higher end products. She is also very open about her struggle with acne and that is something that I feel a lot of girls can relate to. Acne can really effect self-esteem, but Raven is still very confident. She has also had success as a model, proving that she doesn’t allow her skincare struggles to hold her back.

A lot of vloggers discuss fashion and DIY projects, but one thing that Raven talks about that is unique to her channel is wigs/ hair extensions and how to wear them without it being noticeable. Wigs are something that many people know very little about and Raven demystifies the wig, discussing how to choose a quality one and how to style it. Once she puts one on, it becomes completely undetectable and looks flawless on her.

Raven is not as well-known as some of the more famous YouTubers, but I think that her high-quality videos and original content show that she has great promise in her future on YouTube. If you want to check out her channel, it is www.youtube.com/RavenElyseTV
