OK, I know I get a little crazy about food in general, but I promise you guys I am incredibly serious when I say this: I have never had better cupcakes than the cupcakes I have had at Molly’s. I’ve had cupcakes at Crumbs and at Magnolia Bakery, both of which were perfectly delicious. But once you go to Molly’s, nothing can compare. Still skeptical? Just take a moment to hear what kinds of cupcakes you may find when you walk into Molly’s: chocolate mousse, cookies-n-cream, mixed berry, blueberry cheesecake, and salted caramel butterscotch, just to name a few of their classic center-filled cupcakes. I once had their peanut butter and Nutella cupcake, enjoying the peanut butter-chocolaty goodness while I sat on one of the swings they have at the counter rather than barstools. You can also create your very own cupcake, choosing from their selection of flavors, frostings, and toppings. The only problem you’ll ever have when going to Molly’s is choosing which cupcake to get—yes, I was that person holding up the line because I kept changing my mind. Take my advice, and if you’re deciding between two, or even three: get them all.
