For those of you who have been before, fall fest is pretty much the highlight of the fall semester. It’s a day full of fun activities, tasty food, entertaining performances, and a hilarious comedy show. We’re here to give you a rundown on what you can expect from fall fest 2015.

The Parade of Floats happens pretty early in the morning. It’s exactly what you’d expect, a parade through campus of cool floats designed by campus organizations. This is a cool event to be in, and if you’re an early bird why not grab some breakfast and check it out.

The Carnival is fun for everyone. The intramural fields are turned into a mini amusement park with rides for everyone, as well as some fun inflatables.

The Food this year is being brought in on food trucks and everyone knows, some of the best food comes from a hole in the wall food truck. Who doesn’t love good carnival food?

The Performances are bound to be a good time. For all you Billy Joel fans, the famous Big Shot will be starting off the night with some of his best music. Then you’ll get a performance from an oldie, but a goodie, The Sugarhill Gang! By then everyone should be ready to see our headliner, Ludacris. For most of us, he’s a throwback to our early teenage years and we all know at one point or another we loved Ludacris.

Fireworks because who doesn’t love fireworks.

A Comedy Show from the hilariously talented Craig Ferguson will close off the night. Head to the Mack to get some laughs and wind down from a fun-filled day.
