Easy Dorm Room Breakfast Ideas

It can be a struggle to wake up in the morning, get ready, and be on time for class. With all the things we have to do in the morning, sometimes we don’t have time for breakfast. If you are in too big of a rush to get food on your way to class there are many easy breakfasts that you can make right in your dorm room!

Here are some breakfast ideas that are super easy and delicious:

Overnight Oats

How to make it:

Raw oats, 1/2 cup milk, 1/2 cup yogurt

Stir everything in a bowl

Put in the fridge overnight and eat it in the morning

French Toast

How to make it:

1 tbsp butter, 1/4 cup milk, 1 egg. cinnamon, sugar, 2 slices of bread cut into cubes, vanilla extract (optional)

Melt butter in a mug  and put in the microwave for 30 seconds

Stir melted butter, milk, egg, cinnamon, sugar, and vanilla extract in the mug

Press bread cubes into milk mixture

Microwave for 90 seconds

Egg and Veggie Breakfast Sandwich

How to make it:

Bagel, 3/4 cup egg whites, spinach, 2 slices of tomato, 1 cheese wedge, sprinkle of salt , hot sauce

Put egg whites, spinach, salt into a small bowl and microwave for 1 minute 30 seconds

Spread cheese onto bagel add egg whites and spinach, add tomato, and hot sauce

Parfait

How to make it:

Yogurt, 1 cup strawberries, 1-pint blueberries, 1 cup granola

Get a small jar or cup

Start with putting yogurt on the bottom layering the strawberries and blueberries and then granola
