Back in September, rumors spread about Hailey Baldwin and Justin Bieber getting married. Not many people thought it was true considering they had just gotten engaged that July. Many people also thought they would wait longer for the wedding since they had just gotten back together two months before.
Baldwin and Bieber were saying that the wedding rumors weren’t true, but soon enough Alec Baldwin, Hailey’s uncle, confirmed that they were in fact married.
“They went off and got married, and I don’t know what the deal is!” Alec Baldwin said at the 2018 Emmys to Access. “Because we text Hailey every now and then. We met him one time. But as I said, when you get married, I think it works best if you can really be together.”
Since then, the couple has been photographed together a lot being the #relationshipgoals we all wish we could be. Many questions have remained unanswered about the status of their relationship, until now.
On Thursday, Bieber posted a picture of him and Baldwin holding hands and captioned it, “My wife is awesome.” This was the first time one of them really confirmed the marriage.
On Friday, Baldwin went a step further by officially changing her name on Instagram to Hailey Rhode Bieber.
Fans have freaked out on social media with memes and their reactions to the official confirmation that Bieber is officially off the market.
