If you are anything like me, then you love meeting celebrities, listening to music, and going to concerts. The first concert I ever went to was The Cheetah Girls in 2006 and ever since that day I’ve been hooked. From the screaming fans to the catchy melodies, going to concerts is both an entertaining and enjoyable time. I have attended over 200+ concerts and want to give you the scoop on who you should see this upcoming year.

Why Don’t We

Why Don’t We is an upcoming boy band comprised of singers Jack Avery, Corbyn Besson, Zach Herron, Jonah Marais, and Daniel Seavey. The band was recently signed to Atlantic Records and has been taking over the music industry by storm. Their song “Something Different” has reached over 34 million views on YouTube in less than a year and now you can hear that catchy tune live. Why Don’t We will be touring around the country this year on “The Invitation Tour” where fans are invited to attend and sing along to their favorite songs! The tour is set to start late February and end in late April stopping in many cities across the country including Utah, New York, Texas, New Mexico, and more! Simon Cowell recently formed another teenage boy band called “PrettyMuch” that is taking over the nation by storm. Nick Mara, Brandon Arreaga, Zion Kuwonu, Austin Porter, and Edwin Honoret are the five talented members of PrettyMuch that you will not stop listening to in 2018. PrettyMuch released their first single in the summer of 2017 called “Would You Mind”, which racked up over 2.4 million views. PrettyMuch recently announced that they will be going on a month long tour.  The “Everywhere Tour” will be starting in Boston and ending in Los Angeles. Former One Direction singer, Harry Styles, is going on tour this year starting in Switzerland in March and ending in Los Angeles in July. Styles will have Kacey Musgraves opening for him during the North America leg of the tour. To get your tickets to see Styles on tour, click HERE.

If you plan on going to any of these shows, I strongly suggest getting your tickets as soon as possible because getting good seats makes all of the difference when going to a concert! Some of the artists may have VIP options available for purchase, so make sure you check out the websites to see how you could meet your favorite singers as well.

My name is Casey and I am a freshman journalism major at Hofstra University. I am interested in pop culture and the entertainment industry and hope one day to be working at a magazine or entertainment outlet. I enjoy going to concerts, creating YouTube videos for my channel YouTube.com/CelebrityHauteSpot, and baking delicious treats.
