HC: Rihanna vs. Beyoncé?

CH: Rihanna! Even though I enjoy music from both women, I have been a Rihanna fan since I was a child. Plus, I feel that she is way more personable.

HC: What Netflix Show are you binge-watching right now?

CH: Grey’s Anatomy, at first I didn’t like it, but I was watching it in my friend’s room, and I got hooked. I started it in September, and now I am on season 13, which is sad because that’s a lot of episodes.

HC: Favorite music genre?

CH: Rap, it’s all I have listened to my whole life. When I get ready in the morning, I always play early 2000s rap. Even when I go to concerts, they are rap concerts.

HC: How quickly do you jump to conclusions about people?

CH: I used to jump to conclusions very quickly, however now I am starting to realize I do not anymore. I have learned that the saying “don’t judge a book by its cover” is correct. There have been situations where I would meet someone and immediately judge them. Once I started talking to them more, I realized they were cool people. Therefore, me making my first impression judgments were a waste.

HC: To you what period in history had the best fashion?

CH: Most definitely the 80’s their fashion was just remarkable. My mother was a teenager at the time, so she has a lot of pictures of her friends and her, and I love how they all dressed. It’s like they all were comfortable but still had style.

HC: What is something you think you regret not starting sooner?

CH: I regret two things the first was not starting my brand sooner and the second was starting out as a finance major. Your brand is essential in the entertainment field, and I wish I would have started developing mine years before now. I regret starting my college career as a finance major because it was not what I wanted to do in high school. I have always wanted to be a publicist, so I should have stuck with what I wanted to do and not have let opinions sway my major decision.

HC: Tell us something you wish people would stop asking you.

CH: I wish people would stop asking me, “why are you mad.” I hear that question a lot, or they will say “smile,” but I am never mad that’s just my face. There is absolutely nothing wrong with me I am just not the type that walks around smiling all the time. (#IFeelThatOnASpiritualLevel)

HC: What are you most passionate about?

CH: I am very passionate about bettering myself, while also being content with who I am. That is why I listen to a lot of podcasts or interviews because they are incredibly motivating.

HC: What’s the most significant lesson life has taught you so far?

CH: So far life has taught me to persevere through hard times. Whenever I am going through rough times, I always push forward because I know it’s not the end of the world.

HC: What do you love about yourself?

CH: I love my motivation for life and how I can complete any task given to me.

HC: What are you most grateful for?

CH: My family! They have always been there for me, whenever I am going through something I know that I can call them. Additionally, it’s not just my immediate family I have a lot of family members who are always reaching out to me. It is really like a village they all raised me to be the young women I am today especially my nana I am truly grateful for her.

HC: When you were a kid, what movie did you watch over and over again?

CH: Coming to America, because it was my mom’s favorite movie and I would always watch it with her. The storyline is amusing, and I can watch the film multiple times without getting tired of it.

HC: Tell us your reason for getting out of the bed in the morning.

CH: Every day there is something on my to-do list, which I am motivated to finish. Whether it is going to class, an event, or simply eating a meal, I know I have to complete the list.

HC: What memory do you just keep replying?

CH: Memories of my childhood as a whole, my high school prom weekend, and this past year I went to Revolt Music Conference. Although I was working, while attending the conference I also had fun meeting people I never thought I would, at such a young age.
