Q & A

What is your favorite city? Chicago. It’s such a beautiful city and it’s near where I grew up, so I’ve been there a lot of times.

What is your favorite sports team? Chicago Bears!

What is your favorite thing about participating in Big Brothers Big Sisters?: I love the one-on-one connection you develop throughout the program. It’s a special bond and that’s what keeps me coming back week after week. It’s also just so refreshing to be around kids. They have such a positive view of the world and remind you about what’s really important in life.

If you could attend any fictional college, which would it be? Whitmore College from the Vampire Diaries.

What would you want for your last meal on Earth? Spaghetti with my grandma’s homemade sauce.

If you could switch places with anyone for a day, who would you choose? This such a difficult question to answer! There are many people that come to my mind. I guess I’d have to say J.K. Rowling. She created such an amazing world through her writing and I’d love to be able to see what a day in the life is of an author who has that much imagination and success.

If you could design any class for the Gettysburg College curriculum, what would it be called? Exploring the Health Professions. I think it’d be awesome to have a class where you were able to learn about all of the different careers in the medical field and have shadowing opportunities as part of the course.

If you could do anything with your life (without worrying about money), what would you do? I’d just write all day long. Traveling the world would be cool too if I could do that and write about my adventures.
