Any woman who has an immaculate bag absolutely scares me. It might be my own insecurity at the fact that at any given time, my handbag has about 12 bar or dry cleaning receipts, 13 sticky notes reminding me to do my laundry and random types of currency residing in the bottom of my bag. It took some time to prepare my bag for you, and give it a little once over, but I hope you enjoy a sneak peek at my daily essentials!
My bag is a Tory Burch slouch bag, with a beautiful big shoulder strap and then two little straps on the side. It I has loads of little pockets inside to keep me organized. Tory must have been looking out for me because this bag is a lifesaver! Among my complete disorganization, I have a few items in this bag that I adore, and I am definitely never going to leave my house without them.
First and foremost: my roll on perfume. I am a perfume ADDICT. I wear a different fragrance everyday to match my mood or my outfit, but my discovery of roll on perfume might be the best thing since sliced bread! I never intend to be without this little angel. My fragrance right now is Viktor Rolf Flowerbomb, it smells absolutely amazing. My body shop hand and nail treatment is also a staple item in this cold, dry climate we are about to experience. Yes I have three lip things in my purse, chapstick is a no brainer, and my favorite Chanel lip-gloss is a must. I wear it out almost every night. I also have a bright red lipstick on me at all times; every girl needs a good red lipstick! Plus, there is no better way to spice up a simple outfit than with some red lips! I also always have a pen in my purse, obviously to keep track of that laundry I need reminding about! My trusty pink highlighter seems to have snuck into my bag somehow, I love highlighters of all shapes, colors and sizes. I have my little blush compact, which I cant even leave a room without. I love this thing, and even if I leave the house with absolutely no makeup on… I can throw a little of this on, and I am good to go! I also obviously need my wallet, and I love this one. This was a present from my dad who lives in London, and it is so special to me. I have never seen anyone with the same wallet as me, and people always look at it and ask me if I am British… it never ceases to amaze me. Finally, I have this week’s US Weekly magazine. Usually, I read my iPhone for updates but this one was a MUST. This week’s mag has an exclusive interview with Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick. I cannot wait to read it, so I carry it around until I actually have a spare minute to read mindless gossip. I also have my planner, week by week it gets me through and I definitely love that little black book! Those big pink sunglasses are one of my favorite accessories right now. They were totally cheap and are so fun and bright!
