Going to the gym may seem like a daunting task at first, but with spring break around the corner, some of us have some newfound courage to check it out. Before you hit up the Leach to start on your spring break bod, here’s what you can expect as told by Parks and Rec.
1. You decide to start going to the gym to work on the elusive spring break bod. The day after your first workout feels something like this:

2. After a few days you gather up the courage to try again. You go to the Leach thinking, “Hey, the ab machines can’t be that hard,” but then you get there and:

9. Feeling extremely satisfied and a little bloated after that mac and cheese pizza, you hit up the gym the next day. Arms and abs are your target areas today. In the middle of your three sets of Russian twists you have to tell yourself:

10. You successfully have worked out every week for the entire month of February – props to you! You look in the mirror, see that baby six pack starting to appear and think:

11. Even though you may not get that super chiseled body you wanted before spring break, you should be proud of your efforts. Also remember that no one is going to be staring at your stomach on spring break because chances are everyone will be hammered.
