If you’re anything like me, finding the energy to hit the gym can be––difficult, to say the least. Luckily, getting fit doesn’t actually require the gym. In fact, it doesn’t even require leaving your own bedroom! Turn on the TV, pick your favorite show, and try one of these binge-worthy workouts:

  • 20 Push-Ups every time Rogelio mentions how sexy he is
  • 15 Squats every time something goes Jane’s way
  • 15 Squats every time something doesn’t go Jane’s way
  • 30 Crunches every time you switch between Team Michael, Team Rafael and Team Adam
  • 10 Burpees every time Alba disapproves of something
