With all this new found time we have, why not pick up a new hobby? Journaling has helped me survive my quarantine, and is something fun and easy you can do too! Pick up your journal, sit back, relax, and start writing with the following prompts!

1. Create A Quarantine Playlist

Start by writing all your current favorite songs down! Someday when you look back, you will remember hearing them on TikTok and learning the dances, or on the radio when you sat in the Starbucks line for 30 minutes during your quarantine.

2. If You Were To Be Sponsored By The Companies You’ve Shopped This Quarantine, Who Would It Be?

This is my personal favorite! Write down your favorite takeout places you’ve been ordering from frequently, all the way to the brands you have been shopping and ordering from online. So far Sephora is #1 for me as I keep enhancing my skincare routine!

3. Make A List Of Everything You Would Like To Accomplish This Quarantine

As we tend to live an on-the-go lifestyle, there are many things we have been wanting to do, but haven’t gotten around to do it. Use this free time as an opportunity to rediscover an old hobby, or start something new.

4. Write Down All The People You Miss

Make a list of all the people in your life you miss the most. You can write down family members, friends, co-workers, teachers, and so many more. This will make you realize how lucky you are to have these amazing people in your life, and inspire you to reach out to those on the list you haven’t talked to recently and check in, or schedule your next Zoom date.

5. Plan Your Ideal First Day Out

This has definitely crossed everyone’s minds at one point or another. So many of our plans we looked forward to have been canceled, but this gives us something else to look forward to and become excited about! Personally, going to Target will be the first on my list!
