Sometimes us collegiettes need a night off from boys plus all the drama that comes with them. That is why having a night out with the girls at least once a month is essential. Some of the best nights include all of our girlfriends and multiple bottles of wine because at the end of the day, girls just want to have fun!

1. No Boy Drama

The best part of a GNO is that there is a strict no boys allowed policy. We love them, but sometimes we all can use a little break from the football talk. Just like mama said: no boys, no problems.

2. Strictly Girl Talk

No need to worry about making the boys feel included in the conversation since they won’t be there. Finally we can talk about shoes, Amy Schumer, and our newfound Bieber fever without any judgment or opposition.

3. Eat Whatever You Want

The best part about a GNO is going out to dinner and eating everything in sight with our best friends. No need to worry about bloating or looking ladylike because boys do not exist tonight. Bring on the mozzarella sticks and cheese fries!

4. Pictures for Days

Let’s be honest, if we didn’t Instagram it, it didn’t happen. A GNO would not be complete without mirror pics, selfies, and  “non-posed” candids. #GNO. #LoveMyLadies.

5. Dancing Crazy

A GNO is the time to let loose your most wild dance moves because if you can’t do them in front of your best girlfriends without judgment, who can you do them in front of? Drop it low, whip, and do the fist pump- or a combination of all 3 because it’s time to celebrate; it’s GNO.

6. Quality Time With The Girls

College is hard and it is difficult have some quality time with your best girlfriends. It doesn’t matter what you do, as long as you are together it is going to be a good time.
