Calling all Downton Abbey fans… did you hear that your favorite series is being turned into a movie!? According to this Cosmopolitan article, the movie will be released on September 20, 2019 with filming starting on September 10th.
The famous PBS British historical drama series ran from 2010-2015. Focusing on the lives of an aristocratic family, the series portrayed both lives and adventures of the staff workers and the Crawley family. Sources have stated that many of the original cast will return to portray their characters.
