Healthy Banana Chocolate Bites

Here at Her Campus we know the temptation of snacking is often too much, especially with pending deadlines and seven course books to read. So, to aid your waistline and tickle your tastebuds we’ve got a delicious alternative to unhealthy snacks…. chocolate banana bites!

 

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 medium-ripe bananas, sliced
  • 280 g chocolate (We find banana goes best with dark chocolate, but it’s up to you!)

DIRECTIONS

  • Chop up your banana into bite sized pieces
  • Melt your chocolate in a glass bowl over boiling water (you can always do it in the microwave if you’re really lazy)
  • Dip each of the banana slices into your melted chocolate and lay evenly across a baking tray
  • You can sprinkle anything you want on your bites, nuts, crushed smarties.. your choice!
  • Pop your tray into the freezer and leave over night!
  • Enjoy your guilt free bites of banana!
