Be prepared and ooze confidence. If you do the first well, the latter will come naturally.
If you could tell your college self one thing, what would it be?
Work harder, sooner to develop applicable skills — being a rockstar in the classroom doesn’t translate into on the job success. And work harder to foster relationships with professors/mentors because as far as I can tell, finding success always has been and always will be driven by the people you surround/connect yourself with.
