Finally Spring 2014 is around the corner! After long, cold winters there is nothing better than being able to introduce shorts, color, and dresses back into our wardrobes. This spring, pastels are everywhere. From lavender to mint, stores will soon be packed with the most beautiful colors. Especially after a winter of blacks and greys, pastels add a nice warm touch to every outfit. From a full one-color look to mixing-and-matching, pastels are the best way to start off the spring season.

Rompers are comfortable and easy to throw on. This pale lemon one piece is a bold move at an attempt to wear pastels. It is the perfect outfit on a warm sunny day and will leave you feeling so happy.

These high-waisted, mint green shorts are awesome because of their texture. They can be paired with a simple white or black tee and a long necklace for the perfect outfit.

This scarf can be paired with jeans and a simple tee. One of my favorite things about accessorizing is how easy it is to mix in multiple colors into your look. This scarf can be paired with green, yellow, pale blue, white, or even a pale pink.

These sunglasses are very chic. Add them to your look to make a statement!

This “robins egg” cross-body is the perfect pastel accessory. It will add a pop of color to any outfit, and it’s also the perfect size for your phone, credit card, and a lipstick!

Another way to add a touch of pastels is to rock one of Essie’s many nail colors. They have the best colors (and also the cutest names!) Some of the most popular pastels include: mint candy apple, Barbados blue, lilacism, pink works, resort fling, and guilty pleasures.
