A large part of studying abroad is traveling on the weekends. In order to maximize time and space, it is essential to fit your favorite weather friendly outfits into your carry on. This past weekend I traveled to Amsterdam, where it rains intermittently and can get a bit chilly. For these reasons, I packed a heavier leather jacket, flannel shirt, leggings, boots, and a scarf. Since walking around fills the majority of the day, I wanted to make sure I would be comfortable without being too cold. The fire engine red and blue flannel shirt adds a nice pop of color to the myriad of photographs from the weekend.
