Interview season is upon us. While thinking of the best ways to impress any interviewer, I always get stuck on interpreting what business casual means. I find the outfit above as a great way to look chic for that first round interview without looking over the top. The combination of darker colors with a lighter, more playful and elegant top communicates seriousness while still allowing you to have fun with your outfit. Given the cold temperatures, I decided to pair this outfit with boots and a jacket.
