Her Campus at Emmanuel: What made you choose to join EC Habitat?
Maha Abdallah: I chose to join Habitat because I have always wanted to help others and make a change in someone’s life.
HCE: What are you most looking forward to on the spring break trip?
MA: I am looking forward to work as a part of a team to help change and improve someone’s life.
HCE: What does it mean to you to know that you are making a difference in someone’s life?
MA: To make a difference in someone’s life makes me feel really good and helps me appreciate what I have.
HCE: What is your favorite thing to do (or what do you hope to do) on the build?
MA: [My favorite thing to do is to] work as a part of a team, meeting new people.
HCE: What is a mantra or quote that you live by?
MA: Live life day by day.
