The Holiday Season according to Friends

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at ECU chapter.

The holiday season is always a busy time. Trying to wrap up the semester with finals and presentations, family traveling everywhere, food being cooked for days on end. It can be a stressful time of year, and who else represents that better than our beloved cast of friends?

When you’ve been studying for hours on end with no sleep

When you finally understand something after trying to figure it out for 30 minutes

When you go home and get some real, home-cooked food

When you finish your last final and get to GO HOME

Realizing you have no money to spend on your friends who deserve the world

Seeing your dog after it seems like years

Realizing you forgot about a paper for one class studying so hard for another

Getting asked “how is school going?” and not being able to truly answer

That person who is always like “Oh I don’t need to study, I know everything”

Remember to sleep and shower every once in a while, and call your mom she’s probably worried about you. Good luck this finals season ladies!!!

Hi! I'm Rachel, a freshman intended nursing major at ECU! Am I the most elequent speaker? Not really. Do I have my life together at all times? Aboslutely not. But in my 18 years on this planet, I have figured out a couple things. Hopefully I can make your day a little bit brighter after reading my stuff!
