5 Workout Pages I love

Working out has truly been one of the only activities I look forward to these days, it gives me a break from sitting down all day and staring at a screen. 

  1. 1. Chloe Ting

     She is getting a lot of attention on my social media apps such as Instagram and Tik Tok. I love her workout plans because they are manageable to do and only take about 35-45 minutes of my time depending on the workout. She uploads everything on her Youtube channel too so we know exactly what to do. I am currently completing the 25 Day Hourglass Challenge and love every second of it.

  2. 2. Pop Sugar Fitness

    Pop Sugar has lots of categories but I am mostly using their fitness page. I love the workouts they upload and the motivational messages. They host Instagram Live workout sessions throughout the day to keep us active. I currently enjoy doing the 20 minute HIIT workouts.
