Top 5 Ways to Stay Healthy in College

 

  1. Go to the gym

Going to the gym 30 minutes five days a week is the daily recommendation in order to maintain your current weight. Why not go to the gym you end up paying it somewhere in your college bill, take advantage of it!

  1. Do not eat fries every day

The café as you know serves fries every day. That does not mean you need to eat fries or fried foods every day. Try something baked or steamed!

  1. Eat more fruits and veggies

Eating more fruits and veggies will increase your energy throughout the day and help you lose weight

  1. Cut back the ice cream

I know you all scoop a bowl of ice cream after your meal at Conrad. Do not get ice cream every day just because it’s there!

  1. Go to a fitness class

The school offers multiple fitness classes that are free why not try one out?!
