Over my time at DePauw, I’ve found little time to make it to Lilly for a workout. My schedule is always busy and finding time to workout in general is tough. I do love working out, so I made it my goal to find easy, quick, and dorm-friendly workouts that I can pop into my schedule. These don’t require jumping and/or little to no equipment.

Below I will list a couple of YouTube channels that I have personally used to workout or have heard good things about!

  1. MADFIT

I love using her videos to work out! She has workouts that don’t require any equipment at all. Her workouts range from dance work-outs (she has a 10 minute dance workout to the 10-minute version of All Too Well!!), quick ab work-outs, to full body workouts you can choose from! She even has a handful of yoga videos on her channel.

  1. Chloe Ting

Chloe has been trending on TikTok since quarantine started. Her ab workout is her most popular video on her channel. Her channel ranges from at-home abs to leg and glutes, to full-body workouts. She even posts videos on healthy recipes on her channel. Her workouts are low-impact and she even has beginner-friendly workouts on her channel!

  1. Katie Austin

A lot of people rave about her. I have yet to try out her workouts. Her channel is full of workout videos that require no equipment or a couple of weights. If you love to dance she also has dance workouts on there! She even has advice videos on managing stress and how to stay motivated.

  1. Rachel Gulotta Fitness

I have recently found her channel. Her workout videos are all at-home-friendly workouts. A few of them do require equipment like exercise bands or light weights, but for the most part, they don’t. Her videos range from full-body, lower-body, upper-body, and cardio dance videos. She also has a few yoga videos. Her workouts tend to be less than 20 minutes long so if you want to pop in a quick work-out I’d definitely recommend her!

  1. Growingannanas

I just recently found her channel. Anna’s workout videos range from HIIT, Strength, and full-length workouts. Her workouts tend to be longer than the others ranging from 60 minutes to 25 minutes. She does have quick HIIT 10 minutes workouts on there so if you’re looking for a quick workout I’d recommend trying those out! Her videos sometimes do require weights, but you can easily modify most of them to be without.
