We have officially hit that time of year when everyone is sick of the snow and dreaming of warmer weather. Luckily, spring break is only a few weeks away. If you are still upholding your New Years’ resolution (props to you) or you are just preparing to head south for Spring Break, here are some apps to get you motivated and one step closer to your goals!

Let’s be honest, a major reason we don’t exercise is because we don’t know what to do. Well, the Sworkit app will solve this problem. You can create customized video workouts, depending on what area of the body you want to focus on. Sworkit allows you to choose from strength, cardio or yoga and select a time from 5 to 60 minutes. So, no more excuses that you don’t have time to work out. Sworkit Premium includes ad free workouts and more customizing features.

Sometimes you need a little motivation to workout and what better motivation than helping others! Charity Miles is an app that measures your distance when you run, bike or walk.
