On November 27, 2023, thousands of members of the LGBTQIA+ community flocked to New Delhi’s streets to celebrate the 14th Delhi Queer Pride Parade. The march started at Barakhamba Road and ended at the famous Jantar Mantar. It was a colorful demonstration of support and demand for equality. Entering the universe of bravery, love, and acceptance, the Pride march on Tolstoy Marg was more than just a tangible experience; it was a journey that left an indelible mark on my soul. As an ally, I discovered myself enveloped by a sea of beautiful souls, each distinctively adorned in colorful attires that reflected their declarations of individuality and self-love.
