5 Apps To Try This Year For Your Own Well-Being

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Dartmouth chapter.

New Year, new me? You do not have to change everything (or anything ) about yourself, but you can always try to become the best version of yourself! Here are some apps that can help you achieve that.

1. Nike Training App

I love this app because it has so many different workouts for free! You can even create your own workout plan depending on your own goals.

2. Headspace

Meditating is a great way to calm down during stressful college times. They often have special offers for college students, where you can get a full year subscription for a fraction of the actual price.

3. Day One

I have been using this app since day one of college and it is basically a diary on your phone where you can also add pictures. Every day, it shows me what I did that day a year or two years ago and it is so great to have all those memories.

4. Sweat Coins

You can basically collect points for your steps and then you can redeem your points for different rewards.

5. Pulse

You can collect points by answering surveys and then redeem those points for rewards. This app is also really fun because you get to see what other people at your college or other colleges think about a variety of different topics.
