I don’t know about you, but when I think of fall, I think of curling up with a hot bowl of something yummy. And what’s yummier than a nice bowl of chili? Here’s a recipe for the perfect bowl of chili!

INGREDIENTS: 2 lbs of ground beef 3 cloves of garlic 8 oz of tomato sauce 8 oz of diced tomatoes 2 tbsp of chili powder 1 tsp of ground cumin 1 tsp of oregano 1 tsp of salt 2 tbsp of Frank’s Redhot hot sauce 15 oz of kidney beans 15 oz of pinto beans  

INSTRUCTIONS: – Saute ground beef and garlic in a large pot until browned. Pour in tomato sauce, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, oregano, salt and Frank’s Redhot hot sauce and stir together. Cover and let simmer for 1 hour. Add beans and simmer for ten minutes.

I like to top my chili off with sour cream, cheddar cheese, and some extra hot sauce! I hope you enjoy this chili just as much as I do!
