Tired of spending money on beauty products that just aren’t working? Sick of having to be extra cautious with beauty products because of your sensitive skin? Well, how about making beauty products right from your refrigerator? Yes, I said refrigerator.. Natural ingredients such as fruits, vegetables, salts, sugars and oils contain built-in antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals that can give your body the TLC it deserves!

  • Glow it like you know it with a Yogurt and Lemon Face Mask!:

    • Need to get rid of acne scars or dark circles, or trying to get an even skintone after a bad tan? Then try this yogurt and lemon face mask. All you have to do is get a tablespoon of plain full fat yogurt (no sugars or flavors) and ½ teaspoon of lemon juice. Mix the ingredients thoroughly together and apply evenly to your face. Leave on for 15-20 minutes and rinse off. The lactic acid in the yogurt and the vitamin C in the lemon have skin brightening and lightening qualities. Only use 2-3 times a week.

  • Enjoy soft, plump, kissable lips with a Brown Sugar and Honey Lip Scrub:

    • Keep your lips moisturized with this natural scrub. All you need is 1 tablespoon coconut oil, 1 tablespoon organic honey, 2 tablespoons brown sugar and a 1/2 tablespoon lukewarm water. First, mix the coconut oil and honey evenly together and then stir in the brown sugar and the warm water. Massage onto lips and leave on for about 7-8 minutes and rinse off with warm water. The amino fatty acids in the coconut oil and the exfoliating properties of brown sugar are the super ingredients in this recipe.

  • Have baby soft skin with an All-Natural Sugar Wax:

    • Hate spending money to get that Brazilian? Readymade wax strips and shaving creams just aren’t doing the trick? Then do your own waxing with this sugar wax recipe which is only less than $3! What you need is 1 cup of  granulated white sugar, 1/8 cup of lemon juice, and 1/8 cup of warm water and boil it all into a small saucepan, stirring until mix is thickened and forms and a light honey color. Then, you take a popsicle stick and scoop a small amount, blow on it a bit so it can cool. Spread wax on the designated area and use a cloth strip to place on top of the wax. Press down and rip.

  • Get shiny, moisturized hair with an Olive Oil and Avocado Hair Mask:

    • Say goodbye to dull and lifeless hair thanks to this mask. All you need is 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 mashed avocado, and 2 tablespoons of honey. Once you mix in all of the ingredients, you place onto clean, damp hair and leave in for about 30 minutes and wash out. Both olive oil and avocado contain omega-3 fatty acids, which help promote growth. Honey is a humectant, meaning it promotes moisture and also shine. is Olive oil is chock-full of omega-3 fatty acids. Pro tip: sit under a hooded dryer for extra hydration.
