Why did you choose Concordia? I really wanted to live in Montreal and Concordia had both the programs I was interested in.

Why did you choose to join Her Campus? It seemed like a lot of fun and a great way to get more experience writing.

Favourite place on/near campus to hang out? When I’m downtown I love to study at Kafeine. When I’m out at Loyola, I spend most of my free time in the G-lounge.
Describe yourself in three words: realistic
What is something about you that most people don’t know? I’m really bad with expressions and idioms. I always mix them up and combine them. I thought “Time waits for no mouse” was a real expression until about a year ago and I would use it all the time. Turns out I was wrong.
If you won 1 million dollars, what would you buy first? A Petzval 85 Art Lens
What is your favourite place you have traveled to? I went trekking in Nepal last year and did the Annapurna circuit which was amazing.
Where is somewhere you want to travel to? I’ve never been anywhere in the Maritimes and I’m desperate to go.
What are you reading right now? Monkey Beach by Eden Robinson
What is one mistake you’ve made in college/university and what did you learn from it? In first-year I did a good job of balancing a social life and school but forgot to also add taking care of myself into the mix. I wasn’t eating properly or getting enough sleep so I was sick all the time. I realized that doing well in classes and going out with friends is awesome but it’s hard to enjoy it if you’re always at the clinic. This term, I’m making sure to take time for myself and have only had to go to a clinic once!
Where do you see yourself in five years? I don’t know but I’m excited to see!

What is your favourite animal? I love dogs, specifically my dog, Dougal.
