Why did you choose Concordia? The courses in the English Lit program seemed more interesting.
What is your favorite part of Concordia? I really love the classes, most teachers I’ve had so far and the people. I’m still discovering it though.
Campus involvement? So far I’ve only joined Her Campus but I’m still new and trying to find other things to do.
Role at Her Campus: Writer/contributor.
Why did you choose to join Her Campus? I was looking to join a newspaper/magazine where I could be an editor but my friend suggested I start as a writer at Her Campus.

Describe yourself in three words: Caring, honest and reliable.
What is something about you that most people don’t know? I taught myself Japanese in high school. I wasn’t fluent but knew enough to write a short 400-word story.
If you won 1 million dollars, what would you buy first? Two airplane tickets to Ireland for my mom and me.
What is your favorite place you have traveled to? Greece was definitely my favorite with its history and amazing views.
Where is somewhere you want to travel to? Germany, I’ll probably cry when I arrive in the airport and see German written and spoken everywhere…I’ve been waiting to go there for a really long time.
What are you reading right now? For school I’m currently reading Still Life by Louise Penny and Asking For It by Louise O’Neil.
What is one mistake you’ve made in college/university and what did you learn from it? I learned not to take 4 classes and expect to be able to work 30 hours. I learned the importance of being organized and not falling behind.
Where do you see yourself in five years? Hopefully in London working at a book publishing company like Bloomsbury!
What is one quote you’ve always held onto? Treat others as you would want to be treated.
What if your favourite food? I have a huge sweet tooth so anything sweet!
What is your favourite animal? All of them! Especially dolphins, canines (wolves, foxes, dogs) and deer.
What is your favourite movie? Frozen! I had chills the first few times I watched it.
What is a fun fact about you? I’m a polyglot. I love learning languages and pick them up quickly.
