Brains & Beauty- name a better combo!

I’m just going to put it out there and say I believe poodles are the greatest dogs in the world! Here are seven reasons why:

1. Options on options!

Poodles come in a variety of sizes and colors. Whether it’s toy, miniature, medium or standard. Or they can be white, black, cream, apricot, red, chocolate, blue, silver, or multi. What more could you want to choose from? You can find the ideal, unique poodle just for you.

2. They’re smart and super trainable!

Poodles are known for their intelligence and abilities. It’s no wonder this breed is always seen performing tricks and being very well behaved. Be warned though, along with their smartness is their sneakiness! Don’t be surprised if your poodle follows you out of the kitchen and watches you go upstairs, only to turn back around to grab some food off the kitchen counter!

3. Their styling is quite versatile!

POOFS, PUFFS, PONYTAILS, PERFECTION. THAT’S ALL I HAVE TO SAY.

4. They don’t shed.

I repeat, NO SHEDDING! If getting dog hair all over you and your clothes isn’t your thing, poodles are perfect for you. You can even cuddle them right before you leave in your little black dress and you won’t have to worry about breaking out a lint brush! Poodles are also very hypoallergenic so they won’t trigger your sensitivities.

5. They are protective and very observant.

As cute as they are, you don’t want to mess with a poodle! With their history as hunting dogs, it’s in poodle’s nature to be on the lookout for you. Add in that some poodles can have a loud and intimidating bark, you’ll have a build in watch guard.

6. They’re simply beautiful.

There’s no dog more photogenic, polished and proud than a poodle! Both male and female poodles hold themselves with such elegance and grace while still being fluffy and adorable. Look below if you need anymore convincing of their attractive allure.

7. They want to be your best friend.

If you want a pup that’s always going to be there for you, ready to cuddle, play and love, the poodle is just your type. Poodles are at the top of the list for family dogs because of their active, fun loving, lively but gentle personalities. You can’t go wrong with a poodle and that’s a promise!
