We all know living in a college dorm or off-campus apartment has its limitations. Sometimes, you have that midnight craving for something sweet but don’t want to whip up an entire batch of cupcakes, have to clean up all the dishes, and wait 30 minutes for them to cook.

So, I’ve put together a list of some of my favorite mug cake/cookie recipes for you to try! They all work really well and are extremely easy. They’re perfect if you’re lazy but still want that home cooked feel and taste!

1. This is my favorite mug cookie recipe. Gooey chocolate chips, soft and squishy center, and crunchy outside. Simple ingredients. Add a scoop of ice cream if you’re feeling ~extra~

1.5. If you’re gluten free like me, you probably have a hard time finding recipes that don’t taste like grainy cardboard. Here is my favorite mug cookie recipe. I use almond flour because it’s my favorite! Again, ice cream is a great addition.

2. Blueberry muffins are one of my favorite snacks, but don’t waste $5 on one in a coffee shop. Here’s one you can make at home!

3. Everybody loves a warm, chocolate-y brownie. It’s a classic. Here’s the recipe.

4. Cinnamon bun in a mug! Ok, this is the coolest thing ever, and it also tastes delicious. (Disclaimer: This does take a little bit longer because of the cinnamon swirl and the frosting, but it’s worth it. Trust me.)

5. Last but not least, Pumpkin Spice. This one is SO easy because it uses cake mix! Add a swirl of whipped cream and boom- fall vibes all year long. Admit it, most of us are suckers for anything pumpkin spice. #basic
