It’s Monday Meals with Monica! I love a good smoothie in the morning. Here’s my go to blend.

 

Ingredients:

  • Almond milk (enough to cover all of the ingredients)
  • Handful of cleaned spinach
  • One banana
  • Two handfuls of mixed frozen berries
  • ¼ cup dried oats
  • 1/8 cup protein powder
  • 1/8 cup chia seeds

 

Blend all ingredients together!
