It’s Monday Meals with Monica! You need some healthy, easy sides to accompany your main dishes. Here’s how to make delicious roasted vegetables.
- Two handfuls of baby carrots
- 6 baby portabella mushrooms, sliced
- 1 pepper, sliced
- ¼ broccoli head, sliced
- ¼ onion sliced
- 2 Tbsp Garlic powder
- 1 Tbsp Rosemary
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
Place all ingredients, mixed, onto a cookie sheet. Bake in oven for 20 minutes at 350*.
