It’s Monday Meals with Monica! Easy grilled cheese time!
- Two slices of bread (see previous post for recipe)
- Two types of cheese, grated (l like cheddar and mozzarella)
- Butter to spread
- Bacon (turkey, tofu)
Liberally butter both sides of both pieces of bread. Place on side down on a medium heated pan. Sprinkle one type of cheese onto one slice of bread, and do so with the other cheese to the opposite slice. After the cheese has slightly melted, add optional ingredients as desired. Create a sandwich and allow for another minute of heating on each side.
