Monday Meals with Monica: Apple Dip

It’s Monday Meals with Monica! Another quick, healthy, and filling breakfast item is a apple yogurt nacho of sorts. Very yummy!

 

Ingredients:

  • 1 apple, sliced
  • 1 c yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 ½ tsp honey
  • 1/4 c dried oats

 

Mix yogurt, peanut butter, honey, and dried oats together. Use apples to dip.
