Ways to Love yourself this Valentines’ Day Week

  1. Get that discounted candy and flowers on the 15th, but do not pretend someone else bought them for you.
  2. Binge watch Sex Education, Dumplin, or GLOW on Netflix, just enjoy whatever media makes you feel heard.
  3. Make some tea, it is cold out and we’re also in the middle of flu season.
  4. Dress nice if that makes you feel empowered. Wear sweat pants if that does it for you.
  5. Sleep. Get all of the sleep.
  6. Eat food you enjoy and food that makes your body feel good, not food that tastes good in the moment or food that some article told you would make you skinny.
