1.    Use a planner. Schedule when you are going to do things. Make it pretty and encouraging with color-coding or cute stickers. Not to mention crossing off tasks is liberating and motivating!
2.    Get out of your room. Finding another place to study will make it easier to not procrastinate. Being in your room it is easy to get distracted with TV, Netflix, snacking, or even napping.
3.    Learn to say no to people. We’ve all been there. Having so much to do but your friends want you to come out with them. Staying in for one night will help you get more done and get ahead so you can have fun later and not stress.
4.    Don’t take on too much. You don’t have to be in every club on campus to be a well rounded, successful student.
5.    Make time for you! It’s okay to have a bubble bath or movie night to let yourself relax.Â
