Alix Earle’s new documentary series, “Earle Meets World”, premiered on Netflix on September 4th. The reality show follows the Earle family from August 2025 to May 2026; it features family dynamics, Alix’s fallout with influencer Alex Cooper, and her breakup with NFL player Braxton Berrios.

“Is this too much for a little bar in New Jersey?”, the 22-year-old Alix asked while getting ready to go out with her old high school friends. She was back home in New Jersey for Thanksgiving, after being away for college in Miami, when her ‘get ready with me’ video blew up, collecting millions of views and likes. Since then, Earle’s life changed forever, never leaving the spotlight.
The influencer started her career making the famous TikTok ‘Get Ready With Me’, which, after her viral video, started to receive a lot of clout, gaining a large number of followers in a short time. Afterwards, Earle worked really hard not to let her 15 minutes of fame run out, and it has been working for her ever since.
In September 2023, almost a year after she went viral, Alix appeared on an episode of the podcast “Call Her Daddy”, hosted by Alex Cooper. The conversation centered around the TikTok star’s family history, internet rumours, and her personal dating life, including her recent relationship with former Miami Dolphins player Braxton Berrios. At the same time, Earle joined Cooper’s network called “Unwell”, creating “Hot Mess”, her own podcast, which featured her life stories and close friends and family as guests within the company, expanding her social media following and reach.
In late 2025, the internet personality participated in season 34 of Dancing with the Stars, pairing up with professional dancer Valentin Chmerkovskiy. The duo finished runner-up to the Mirrorball, competing against Robert Irwin and Whitney Carson on one of the closest voting margins in the show’s history. Earle and Chmerkovskiy were praised by the media as the season’s best improving duo, earning perfect scores in the show’s final weeks.
Earlier this year, the 25-year-old also launched a skincare brand, ‘Reale Actives’; the line is inspired by her acne and skin issues, which she has been transparent about.
Break up with Braxton Berrios
One of the main focuses of the 8-episode show is Alix Earle’s breakup with Braxton Berrios, which happened during her Dancing with the Stars appearance. The relationship had a troubled beginning in 2023, with the influencer being called a ‘homewrecker’, after allegedly getting together with the NFL player before he broke up with his prior girlfriend.
The show portrays Alix trying to get over the split and the difficulties of doing so with everything being public. The first episode starts with Earle moving her things out of her ex-boyfriend’s house in Miami, after their breakup in December 2025. She breaks down as she is exiting his house and tries to process the almost three-year relationship.
The series also mentions Tom Brady, a legendary NFL player. The influencer was seen with Brady in St. Barths at New Year’s, and her family doesn’t let it slide; they keep questioning her about it, but she doesn’t really open up. Two months after that, the Earles took a family trip to Aspen to ski and go to a festival, but the TikTok star is under the immense fear of running into her ex-boyfriend.
Aspen was packed with difficult emotions for Alix Earle; the phantom of Braxton’s presence was overwhelming, the recent news of the NFL player being seen with influencer Olivia Jade, and the constant “I’m Team Braxton” coming from her own family. Later that episode, the family encounters Berrios during the festival and the image of TJ Earle, Alix’s father, partying with his daughter’s ex-boyfriend received a certain backlash on the internet. Simultaneously, the content creator was having her own personal dilemmas; she approached her ex and admitted how hard it was seeing him the first time. He just laughed and mocked her: “I told you not to break up with me”. Later that evening, Alix drunk-texts the player, asking to catch up, to which he responds that it was “hard believing anything was really off-camera”, shading her Netflix reality show.
Earle was in doubt whether she made the right decision by breaking up with him. Alix wanted to work on herself and on her career, while Braxton wanted to get married and settle down, so she called him to sort things out. She mentioned prior conversations and asked if his rule of never getting back together with an ex was still on the table. He takes a long minute to think and then answers, “Oh Alix”, ending the season finale in a cliffhanger. Since they wrapped the reality show, Alix Earle has been linked with F1 driver Lando Norris, while Braxton has been linked with model Magui Corceiro. Recently, the influencer has unfollowed the NFL player on Instagram, putting a supposed end to it all.
Family Drama
The Earle family has been in controversy since the late 00s, when TJ Earle was seen having an affair with ‘call girl’ Ashley Dupré while being married to Alix’s mom, Alisa Maniaci, which led to their divorce in 2008. Later, TJ and Ashley got married and now have three children together. The scandal came back into the spotlight after Alix Earle attended “Call Her Daddy”, making Ashley admit on the reality show that it made her extremely uncomfortable.
Alisa Maniaci and her boyfriend Todd are always around Alix’s father and his family to show support to her daughters, which sometimes causes awkward moments. On a certain moment in the reality show, while having dinner after Alix’s performance on the Dancing with the Stars tour, during a conversation about Dupré’s scandalous past, to rationalize why she used to work that kind of job, Ashley argues that “all men cheat” while sitting next to Alisa. Alix, Ashtin, Alix’s sister, and their mom became very uncomfortable and hurt by that embarrassing statement. Later on, the kids talk to Ashley about how wrong she was for making that comment.
With TJ Earle being his daughter’s manager, or as they call it “dadager”, the professional lines can be a bit blurry. During the episodes, it’s quite clear that TJ focuses more on Alix’s career than Ashtin’s, causing a drift between the sisters. If TJ can’t make it to the older Earle’s meeting, they reschedule it, while on the other hand he always says that he can’t make it to the younger sister’s meeting five minutes before it begins, not trying to change the date. That leads to Ashtin feeling underappreciated by her dad and jealous that she doesn’t get the same treatment. In various moments, Ashtin mentions that she wants to pursue modeling but keeps being dismissed by TJ, putting her down in several moments. To try and resolve the situation, Ashtin talks to her sister to try and make up a plan. The plan consists of Alix talking to her dad about how Ashtin feels and mentions her wanting to get a new manager, which leads to TJ reacting and scheduling a meeting with his daughter to show what he’s been doing and to apologize to his daughter for his behavior.
While doing Dancing with the Stars, Alix finds out that her mom, Alisa, had a breast cancer scare, leading her to run a test and find out that she has the BRCA2 gene, which makes her more susceptible to actually having cancer; the gene also has a fifty-fifty chance of being passed down to her daughters. The final episodes follow Alix and Ashtin going to a clinic to get tested for the BRCA2 gene and finding out they are positive. That really takes an emotional toll on both of them, but they comprehend that it’s better to know than to find out the worst way possible.
Alix and Alex Cooper
In February 2025, Alix Earle’s podcast “Hot Mess” was dropped by the network Unwell, run by Alex Cooper. Earle says she found that out on the internet. More than a year later, in April 2026, Cooper made a TikTok calling Earle out: “Hey, girl. The passive-aggressive reposts and the ‘likes’ and the commenting on things, I gotta call you out here, just say what you gotta say about me. There’s no NDA, and no one is stopping you. Stop hiding behind other people and just say it yourself. What’s the beef?” After that, people started calling Alix out and demanding a response, on which she mentioned in a comment that she was “On it.” Her response came months later on her reality show “Earle Meets World”.

The feud is discussed by the family in the final episodes of the show. Alix explains the whole situation: how Alex Cooper got her drunk and started asking questions about Earle’s sexual life, and when asked to remove that part of the episode, Cooper denied it and said that it was fun. Alix mentions that she felt ashamed and thinks about her future and what her kids are going to think when they see that eventually.
On top of that, there was also the fact that to make her podcast “Hot Mess”, Alix was given only a camera, a microphone, and lights, and while talking to close friend Jake Shane, who also has a podcast, she finds out that she was supposed to have a producing team helping and assisting her during the recordings. She then explains feeling a certain pressure to re-sign the contract, the network told her to hire her own team and later stopped going to meetings and inviting her to company events. “Why am I paying you to do something I’m not even happy doing, and you’re not even giving me any support, and I feel scared of you?”
Alix mentions several times during the episode that she is scared of Alex and doesn’t want to make a response because Cooper has said, “not to go to war” with her. Earle also mentions how she idolized Alex and felt safe with her, only to be stabbed in the back later. Scared that Cooper has something in her sleeve, Alix chooses not to address anything online; she later drafts a message to send to Alex Cooper.
“I wanted to write you directly and let you know why I don’t like you. I’m not going to fall for your bait of getting me into a back-and-forth online, and I don’t think you want that either. You are manipulative and toxic. Go ahead and say it’s just business all you want, but the way you approach business is disgusting. You choose money over morals. You took advantage of me at a young age in an industry I knew nothing about. You were full of false promises, and Unwell was a continuation of that. We had a call where you threatened me to not go to war with you because you know how sick and twisted you are. Go ahead and share this, use it against me, but you will no longer scare or trap me. You’re right, I may be petty, but I’m not malicious. If there’s one thing I learned from doing business with you, it’s never to do business with anyone like you.”
“Earle meets world” has shown the ups and downs of the influencer’s life, demonstrating that not everything that you see online can always be true.
