Update Your Playlists With Natalie K’s “Man Up”!

This article is written by a student writer from the Her Campus at Cal Lutheran chapter.

We all have our go-to party song and I’m sure it’s about time to for a little update!

Singer-Songwriter Natalie K will be releasing her fresh, new single “Man Up” on April 21st!

Written and sung by this CLU alumni herself, this song is bound to get everyone off their seats! With its relatable message encompassing everything you’ve ever wanted to say to that guy too shy to come up to you, be prepared to discover your song of the summer.

Natalie states “I was in my Freedom of Communication class and the professor was lecturing and the hook just came to me. I immediately left class and recorded it into my phone and at that point I knew “Man Up” was going to be my single.”

After graduating from CLU in May 2016 with B.A’s in both Music Production and Communication, Natalie has proved that with hard work and dedication, anyone can make anything happen. From her endless hours in the studio writing and recording new music to performing at festivals like the 626Night Market and Moon Festival, Natalie is working to establish herself as an artist. Natalie even flew to Nashville to work with former VP of Creative at Warner Chappell, Judy Stakee at a songwriting retreat and attended the 2017 Grammy Awards!

Keep an eye out for “Man Up” which will be available on all digital platforms on April 21st!
