Many people may not be Italian but they sure do love to eat their food. This little receipe is cute and fruity twist on an italian appetizer.
Ritz Strawberry Bruchetta Bites
Ingredients
36 Ritz Crackers
8 ounces of marscapone cheese
2 tablespoons of powered sugar
1 1/2 cups of finely chopped strawberries
2 tablespoons of agave nectar
2 tablespoons of chopped fresh mint
1/4 cup of candied pecans
How to make:
1. In a small bowl, mix the marscapone cheese and powered sugar together.
2. In another bowl, mix the finely chopped strawberries together with pecans, nectar, and mint.
3. Top the cracker with the cheese-sugar mixture and then top with one teaspoon of the Bruschetta.
4. Serve and enjoy your semi-Italian appetizer.
