As I have been working on taking care of myself physically and mentally this year, I have come to learn the best practices to live my best life.

Here are some tips to help you get started on your manifestation journey:

  • Find music that relates to the person you wish to be. Create a playlist, find an artist or even an album that makes you feel like the person you are and desire to be. Music is a subconscious manifestation so listen to music that is all the good vibes you deserve and have within you. (Do not worry – you can still stream Phoebe Bridgers and Mitski).
  • Write positive letters to yourself, the good people, jobs and goals you have. It may sound silly but to discuss your goals in the present tense and as if it is true can allow you to attract these and make it reality. We accept the love we think we deserve is so true in all aspects of life – so write down what you wish for and it can become your reality.
  • Listen to frequencies when you wake up, shower and before sleep! These are super calming and can bring certain energies into your life. Here are some of my favorites: 777 Hz Law of attraction, 963 Hz courage and inner power, 528 Hz Love frequency.
  • Be kind to yourself at whatever stage of life you are in – how you treat yourself reflects into your personal and professional life. So practice being nice to the beautiful person you are inside and out. Cheesy, but you need to prioritize self love always. One of my favorite things to do is whenever I have a negative thought or if I am experiencing self doubt about something I write down three positive things about myself to combat the negative thought.

These practices can guide you to be successful in your manifestation journey and reach that “I-T g-i-r-l” life filled with the love and success you deserve.

Happy manifesting!
