Recently I have been enjoying listening to music from the 2000’s. There is something about listening to music from when you were younger that is both comforting and enjoyable. Sometimes when I don’t know what music to listen to, I put on a throwback playlist and it always puts me in a good mood.
Some of the songs I’ve been enjoying recently are:

- Toxic – Britney Spears
- Shut Up And Drive – Rihanna
These are just a few of my favorite songs but I could write a list with loads more. If you have Spotify, I suggest listening to their “All Out 2000s” playlist. This playlist is 9 hours and 47 minutes long so you definitely won’t run out of songs and you will discover songs you have never heard before! Spotify also has playlists for each year in the 2000s with songs specifically released that year as well as playlists depending on the mood you are in. Regardless of the type of music you normally listen to, the 2000s had something for everyone.
Next time you don’t know what music to put on try putting on a throwback playlist! I always surprise myself by how many words I remember to these songs even if I haven’t listened to them in years!
