Spring Smoothie

This smoothie is quick and easy to make with only a few ingredients! 

Recipe: 1/4 cup strawberries, 1/4 cup blueberries, 1 whole kiwi (peeled), splash of orange juice and three large ice cubes – blend and enjoy for a healthy extra boost of energy!  
Emily is currently a Junior at Cabrini College majoring in communication. She is extremely passionate about photography and most of her time is spent behind a camera. Emily currently serves as the photo editor for her college's newspaper, the Loquitur. She also loves sunsets, animals, flowers and anything that sparkles.
