What are your current style inspirations?
I religiously stalk the Free People blog – they’re always so cool and earthy and effortless and I’m obsessed with their vibe. And half of my closet is made up of my mom’s clothes! I learned from the best.
What is your all-time favorite trend?
Loving that the flowy hippie look is making a comeback so that my style seems somewhat relevant now…I died when I saw this vest in American Eagle. And maxi-anything rocks.
What was your go-to ensemble this summer?
Cut-off shorts, flip-flops, and a great basic tee – the best way to look like you’re totally chill and not trying, even though each item is carefully chosen, let’s be real. And I love permanently piling on the summer bracelets so that you never have to think about accessorizing.
What will you be wearing this fall?
I cannot wait to bring out my favorite big slouchy sweater…I live for weather cool enough to wear things that are two sizes too big and fall off my shoulders in the perfect cozy way.
An item of clothing/accessory/pair of shoes that you can’t live without:
My mom’s old Levi’s cutoffs…they’re so soft and worn in that I’ve had to patch up the butt about 5 times, but they’re the perfect level of wear-and-tear so I just can’t give up on them.
